DIRECT DEBIT PAYMENT SCHEME
We
are delighted to advise you that we operate a direct debit payment
scheme, which greatly enhances the service levels we are able
to offer you.
Payments
are collected from your designated account on a weekly basis,
to the following timetable.
1.
Every Tuesday we will email a statement detailing all transactions
made during the previous seven days.
2.
You then have until midday on the Thursday to notify us of any
disputed items appearing on the statement.
3.
On the following Monday, the amount due will be debited from
your account.
The
main benefits to you are the immediate release of all e tickets
as soon as you confirm a reservation, improved cash flow, less
administration and of course the saving in costs you would normally
incur when paying by other means.
THE
NEXT STEP?
Simply
download and complete the mandate and post it to our Sales Manager,
Arthur Webber, retaining a copy for your own records. Once this
is received, we will let you know the commencement date from
which your transactions will be covered by Direct Debit payment.
